Problem: Christian Ramsay had been in business for seven years as a sole trader. He had just incorporated the business and wanted to expand his mobile carpet and upholstery cleaning business through the acquisition of a second vehicle. A suitable van had been identified but Christian needed to get it on the road quickly and the recent change in trading styles was at best likely to slow up the process of finding finance.
Resolution: Lochroe were able to gather a number of competitive quotations and to secure approval to a hire purchase facility from the funder offering the best rates. We liaised directly with the vehicle dealer to arrange invoicing and payment arrangements and one of our staff met with Christian out on the road between cleaning appointments to sign up the relevant paperwork.
Benefits: Chores @ Work got their vehicle on the road quickly. It was financed on competitive terms with a major finance house and because of Lochroe’s willingness to deliver a fully rounded service, this was done with the minimum of fuss and disruption to the customer’s business.
