Bank Review

The bank review is of use to businesses that are paying bank charges and interest on borrowings.  It is aimed at reducing the cost of banking, ensuring that the right structure is in place and ensuring that you are obtaining all you want from a banking relationship.

Lochroe works with 19 business banks and within each of them we have a main point of contact, who receives business from us on a regular basis.  This regular stream of work means that we are able to obtain better rates of interest and charges than most businesses would negotiate themselves.

As we are experienced business bankers ourselves, we know what banks are looking for from their clients.  This enables us to save time and prepare more relevant reports, providing the banks the information they need to help portray your business in the best possible light.

We then collate the responses and information from the banks and provide this to you in report format.  We can also use this information to renegotiate with your existing bank if you wish.

The first meeting to discuss your requirements is held without obligation or cost to you.  The final invoice is based on first year savings or on any new finance raised.  The minimum fee for this service is £300 + vat.
