The Client Process
Each referral we receive from our introducers is dealt with initially by one of our directors, who telephones the client to discuss their situation and see if we can be of assistance before we arrange to meet.
The initial meeting is held on their premises (if convenient) - at this stage we outline our process in full, discuss their requirements and explain our charging structure, which is based on a percentage of savings/money raised.
Once we have gained their instruction to proceed we compile the information required by the bank or finance company. We then approach public sector (where appropriate) and as many of the 19 banks that are relevant. On receipt of the responses we start the negotiation process with the banks.
Your client will receive a summary report of the offers made and the other responses sent - at this time we charge the minimum fee of £300 + vat. We then arrange bank meetings and can attend these with the client if required. We ensure that the process runs smoothly througout and that at the end the client is set up with a new bank or has the funding agreed from another source.
At all times we keep the client in touch with what we are doing and are in regular contact with you as introducer if required. On completion of the deal we invoice the client and on receipt of this pass the 20% commission back to you.
