Kublai Khans
Problem: Kublai Khan's operates two restaurant businesses in Glasgow and Edinburgh and felt that at £5100 per annum in charges their Merchant Services fees was becoming expensive.
Resolution: Lochroe reviewed their current provider and approached a number of other banks to source new facilities. After negotiating with the providers to achieve the best deal available Lochroe then used this information to negotiate better terms with the existing provider. Although the client had tried this previously themselves without success, Lochroe were able to make a case for reduction to the lowest bank offer.
Benefits: The client was able to stay with his existing supplier of Merchant Services but gained a reduction of over £1000 per annum in charges.
