The Service
The Lochroe Outsourced Corporate Finance Service provides accountancy firms with access to finance and banking specialists that strengthen the depth and breadth of services. Provided as a ‘white label’ service from Lochroe, all aspects of the service are branded in the accountants name, providing extra corporate presence and more opportunities for generating new business leads related to business planning and support. This allows firms to provide a high level of service without having to commit to high fixed costs.
Lochroe’s outsourced Corporate Finance Service provides your clients with additional high value services to support your current Corporate Finance offering.
The services are designed to help clients reduce the cost of their finance and to ensure they have access to the best type and source of finance for their business. There are 4 key elements to the service as follows:
Proactively Assessing Clients’ Needs
We will create and send an online survey, branded in your company name, to all of your clients asking questions relating to their financial needs.
This survey will highlight immediate and ongoing finance requirements and will generate additional business planning work for your practice.
Associate Operating in Your Name
To ensure that you and your client get the most from the service we will provide your firm with a dedicated Corporate Finance Banking Associate. Your associate will visit at least once a month to discuss cases that you are working on and to update you on progress with current cases. Should you require more regular contact and meetings with your associate this can be arranged.
Regular Client Contact
On a monthly basis we will create an email newsletter for your clients, branded in your name. This will highlight areas, news and information that will update your clients on key issues related to business finance.
It will include:
· Updates on banks and finance packages available to them
· Public sector grant and loan fund updates
· Key tips on raising finance and saving money on finance
· Case studies on businesses that have acted on the advice
The newsletter will also highlight and reinforce the benefits of using your corporate finance service and business planning before taking on new finance themselves. Lochroe will also provide statistics on readership and response rates.
Corporate Finance Web Pages and Printed Materials
A web page, branded in your name, will provide information on the corporate finance service you provide for your clients, including this outsourced service. This will also provide your clients with access to other services that we can provide to them in your name. This web page can be hosted on an independent web server or the copy can be used to create a new page on your current website. Lochroe also has a standard format promotional leaflet to market the service, which is printed in your company name. These items will actively seek to generate new business enquiries.
Cost
The service includes significant set-up activity to ensure that we tailor it to fit with your business process and brand standards. From the point of launch our service is available to all of your clients, beginning with a survey of all clients and a report of current client requirements.
There are two optional pricing structures to allow flexibility, particularly in the first year of operation. The quality or level of service does not vary between the pricing structure selected.

The contract runs for a period of 36 months with a break option after 12 months.
