Mark Davidson Phil McCreadie
Mark Davidson:
Director and
Founding Partner - Mark has a wealth of experience in the banking industry, having spent a number of years as a Businesses Manager for the Royal Bank of Scotland. He then went on to manage a number of investment related products for Scottish Enterprise. Mark is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland.
Phil McCreadie: Director and Founding Partner - Phil also has extensive banking experience and worked as Business Manager for the Royal Bank. He then moved to Scottish Enterprise and worked in E-business and Account Management. As well as gaining Associateship of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland Phil has also studied Financial Planning and Personnel and Development.
Iain Corbett - Asset Finance Director
Iain has worked in banking and leasing for more than twenty years, most
recently heading the UK broker division of Hitachi Capital Business Finance
and prior to that leading the broker team at Fortis Lease. He has extensive
sales and lending experience in the asset finance market and a good track
record of delivering effective leasing and hire purchase solutions to the
SME sector.
Bill Bremner - Regional Director Aberdeen
Bill worked with Clydesdale Bank for thirty nine years and undertook several managerial and regional lending roles throughout Scotland, before becoming a senior business manager covering his home town of Aberdeen and the North East. He opted for early retirement in 2003 and is now utilising the considerable experience gained during his career to benefit clients of Lochroe both in Aberdeen and the North of Scotland.
Lynn Forbes – Office Manager
Lynn Forbes joined Lochroe in May 2005.
Previous to this, Lynn worked within the Local Authority Housing Department.
Lynn has over 15 years Administrative experience and has responsibility for the running of Lochroe’s office.
Laura Fry - Administrator
Laura joined the Lochroe team in November 2006 and assists the Directors with the Bank Casework.
